Returns, Refunds or Replacements Policy

Returns:

We have no doubt your product will bring you much happiness. However, if your product is unopened and you would like to return it, please contact our customer care team within 20 days of purchase.

Products that are opened or used will not be accepted. All original packaging is required. If your product is approved, we will provide you a clear return address and a return merchandise number. Products mailed back to us without a given merchandise number will not be processed for a refund. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse in Guelph, Ontario.

Kindly mark the outside of the box with the merchandise number provided.

Refund or Replacements:

You are responsible for inspecting your products upon receipt via courier.

Please inspect all products upon receipt and indicate condition of products on the waybill before signing off.

In case there is any damage or missing items, mark it down on the waybill, and obtain driver’s signature to confirm condition of products received. If this step is not done, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
